Reservations

Thai Touch operates a reservations only policy. Please call to make sure that there will be time enough for the treatment of your choice. Tel: 01354 691622, Text 07906 126593, or use our Contact Form. If our therapists are occupied we will call you back.

Cancellations

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. In case a client fails to keep an appointment a 50 percent charge may be levied.

What to Wear

For you visit we provide all needed spa wear. Please feel free to come “as you are”.
Lockers are available for your belongings.

Etiquette

We ask that you aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment, or if this is your first visit 15 minutes before. Your treatment will normally finish on time so as not to inconvenience the next client. Thai Touch is a professional therapy business; clients should not expect anything other than therapeutic beauty or spa type services.

Payment

Payment is to be made before departure. We accept cash, Debit Cards, Master Card, Visa, Diners or American Express.

Privacy

At your first visit we ask you to complete a simple questionnaire about your health and other matters that will help us to determine the treatment that will suit you best. Spa Amenities

For clients that come for a relaxing spa day or similar we have a sun room (for summer!) and for colder weather a library where you are invited to rest after or between appointments. For small groups by arrangement we can provide a light lunch.

Parking

There is usually ample parking right outside of our door on Station Street. Out of courtesy to neighbours please park on our side of the road. If additional space is needed there is space for two vehicles in our yard at the rear.
