Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions – Salon

1. General

• Gift vouchers are issued by the salon and can be redeemed against treatments, services, or retail products offered in‑store.

• Purchasing or using a gift voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Validity Period

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.

3. Booking & Redemption

• Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment—either the physical card or the digital code.

• Appointments are subject to availability; advance booking is recommended.

• If the voucher value does not cover the full cost of the chosen service, the balance must be paid at the appointment.

4. Non‑Refundable & Non‑Transferable

• Vouchers are non‑refundable, non‑exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

5. Partial Use & Remaining Balance

• If the full value is not used in one visit, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date.

• No change will be given.

6. Promotions & Discounts

• Vouchers purchased during promotional periods may be subject to additional conditions (e.g., limited validity, specific services).

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Service Changes

• The salon reserves the right to adjust treatment prices, service menus, or opening hours at any time.

• If a service is discontinued, the voucher value may be used toward an alternative treatment.

8. Cancellations & No‑Shows

• Standard salon cancellation policies apply to bookings made with vouchers.

• Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in the voucher being marked as redeemed.

9. Fraud Prevention

• The salon reserves the right to refuse a voucher if there is reasonable suspicion of duplication, tampering, or fraud.
